1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Deitana Cleaning Services website at deitanacleaningservices.com, or by booking any of our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Deitana Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to house cleaning, apartment cleaning, deep cleaning, Airbnb cleaning, move in and move out cleaning, post construction cleaning, and steam cleaning. All services are subject to availability and are performed in the areas we serve across Southeastern Connecticut.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided through our website, by phone, or by email are free and non binding. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the space, the size of the job, and any additional services requested. We will always confirm the final price with you before any work begins.

4. Booking & Scheduling

When you book a service, you agree to provide accurate information about your space and your availability. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Same day requests are subject to availability.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee. Repeated last minute cancellations may result in a request for prepayment on future bookings.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash, check, Zelle, and major credit cards. For larger jobs such as post construction cleaning, a deposit may be required to hold your booking date.

7. Access to the Property

You agree to provide our team with safe and reasonable access to the space being cleaned. If you will not be present, you may provide a key, lockbox code, or smart lock access. You are responsible for securing pets and informing us of any hazards on the property.

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your space and service needs
• Remove or secure valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings
• Disclose any known hazards, allergens, or special conditions
• Ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available

9. Damage & Liability

Deitana Cleaning Services is fully insured. If any damage occurs during our service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can assess and resolve the issue. We are not responsible for damage to items that were already broken, improperly installed, or not disclosed as fragile. We are also not responsible for pre existing conditions such as worn finishes, loose fixtures, or weakened surfaces.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with any part of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to the specific areas of concern and does not cover new requests or unrelated work.

11. Photography & Marketing

We may occasionally take before and after photos of our work for marketing purposes. We will never include personal identifying information, and we will always ask for your permission before photographing your space.

12. Text Message Communication

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Deitana Cleaning Services related to your inquiry, booking, or service. These messages are sent from a personal business phone number. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Deitana Cleaning Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deitana Cleaning Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
